You are welcome to return an item you purchased from me within 30 days from the time you receive your item(s). Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund. However, I would be happy to exchange your purchase for one of equal or lesser value, minus any applicable shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your print or original must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any paperwork that came with the item, including the Certificate of Authenticity (included with originals).
To complete your return I require a receipt or proof of purchase, otherwise I will only be able to exchange your item with another one of equal or lesser value, minus any applicable shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email or phone you to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
