You are welcome to return an item you purchased from me within 30 days from the time you receive your item(s). Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund. However, I would be happy to exchange your purchase for one of equal or lesser value, minus any applicable shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your print or original must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any paperwork that came with the item, including the Certificate of Authenticity (included with originals).

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase, otherwise we will only be able to exchange your item with another one of equal or lesser value, minus any applicable shipping costs. Click here when you are ready to return your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or phone you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Haven’t received a refund yet? Please check your bank account again and/or contact your credit card company. It may take a few days before your refund officially shows on your account.

I am happy to offer the same returns policy for my sale items as I am for my full-priced items. The amount refunded will be the price you paid.

Commissioned art is not eligible for exchanges or refunds. All sales of commissioned art are final.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
